David Pengelly cooks-up a variety of dishes.
As one of Aga and Rayburn’s top chef demonstrators, David will enrich the morning by giving useful hints and answering questions from the audience as to how to get the best out of range cookers. On this occasion, David will be cooking on a wood-fired Rayburn and a gas Aga simultaneously and can give expert advice about using both.
Saturday May 3
Sue Hosegood will be rustling-up bacon butties and plenty of other culinary treats.
