An AGA rendezvous in the city of lights

The search for AGAs with fascinating stories to tell continues at pace, with my real-life postbag and virtual inbox bursting with your AGA anecdotes.
Many of those I've received have been from outside the UK and I'm currently piecing together the tale of an AGA in a wonderful location in China.
France- as the epicentre of haute cuisine - features highly too and recent submissions include a guesthouse with an AGA high in the Alps and the hard-working AGA relied on heavily by a Michelin-starred chef.
The AGA shop in Paris is as chic as you would expect and I took a few moments out during a recent trip to the 'city of lights' to pop in to chat with manager Jacky Schoenel (pictured).
We talked of Parisians' love for la cuisinière AGA and movie star homes with an AGA at the heart of the kitchen.
So, next time you find yourself on holiday in France or on a weekend city break to Paris why not visit the AGA shop and say bonjour to Jacky.
You'll find the AGA shop Paris at 11 Rue du Bac on the Left Bank, close to the Seine.
