July Pet Pictorials: including a lamb and ferret

Take a look at this month's Aga loving cute pets

Our popular Pet Pictorials section goes from strength to strength and is full of pictures of your four-legged friends up to all sorts of antics. Here we feature gorgeous, cuddly, cute, funny and sometimes exotic pets in all sorts of settings.

Each month the Pet Pictorials Editor picks out the winning picture and posts a prize to the lucky owner. So please keep your pictures coming in as we love to receive them.

Millie and Fi Fi enjoying the Aga together

Thought you may enjoy this picture of our new boxer puppie, Millie (19 weeks) and our cat Fi Fi (17 years old).

We have only had Millie for two and a half weeks and wondered how our old cat would take to her.

I think it is fair to say she has settled in and since we put a piece of matting in front of the Aga there is no longer any competition for Fi Fi's cushion which is a permanent fixture in front of the Aga.

Henry reclining in the gardenThis is a picture of my 8 year old rescued Irish Setter Henry reclining on the garden bench.

He will only sit on the bench if the cushions are there as he really likes to be comfortable!

Ellie and RosieThis is Ellie our Bernese and Rosie our Golden Retriever.

Do you think they're arguing over who gets the warm spot in front of the Aga?

Archie the ferretThis is Archie.

Archie was given over to us at a fundraising event we were attending by a lady who did not want him any more. (We fundraise for a Ferret Rescue & Welfare charity in the midlands.)

He settled in with us at home and has been with us for almost a year now.

Unfortunately Archie has cancer of the spleen but is currently very fit and healthy.

He lives on his own in the house as he is petrified of all our other ferrets, including some 6 week old kits we had handed in over the summer.

He has his own house but likes sleeping in the sock draw or on the spare bed upstairs. He very much enjoys eating the cat's food and hiding it for later!
