| Garlic can be pretty fiddly to peel and chop - this helpful video clip will guide you through easy garlic preparation
Remove a single clove form the bulb and top and tail it.
To remove the papery skin, apply a little pressure with the flat of you knife and the skin will come off easily.
Add a little salt and then apply a greater pressure with the flat of your knife and continue chopping and mashing using the salt as an abrasive until the garlic is down to a pulp.
