St Helen's Farm is the UK's leading goat's milk supplier.

Many consumers are quickly discovering that goat's milk has a deliciously mild and creamy taste.
Goat's milk and goat's milk products are also being boosted by celebrity chefs in a range of recipes.
Demand for goat's milk has risen by 28 per cent at Tesco in the past year and sales of goat's milk butter have risen by 31 per cent. Yoghurt has risen to 23 per cent and cheese by 16 per cent.
Increased awareness of food intolerances and allergies are said to have been key factors.
