Every hour on the hour they (and 15 other innovative and inspirational chefs) will be showing how to prepare new and exciting dishes.
This year will also see an increased focus on ethnic cuisines, in particular Asian: Atul Kochhar of Benares and Cyrus Todiwala of Café Spice Namaste will show visitors some dishes from the East.

Year on year, chefs have received increased media coverage propelling them into the limelight. At the same time they have become ambassadors for topical issues such as healthy eating, organic & free-range production values and sustainable eating.
The Stage will showcase some of the world's greatest chefs and content of their individual demonstrations is set to inspire debate and help bring out the talent of those who watch.
In addition to this stunning line-up, The Stage will play host to a controversial Panel Debate on Tuesday, October 7 in association with the charity Action Against Hunger.
The debate panel will consist of some high profile players in the food and drink industry, including some critics.
