Once in the Forum, click on "Manage User Profile".

Here you see your profile settings.

Click on "Upload image" at the bottom of this box.

Here you are asked to upload your image. This has to be 40 pixels by 54 pixels (or 1.41cm wide x 1.91cm high).

Click "Browse" to find your image and then click "Upload" to upload it to your profile.

Your image should now be showing in the "User image" section of your profile settings.
