Designer kitchen: Lloyd Loom Pavilion dining chairs and Bastide kitchen furniture | If you’ve decided you’d like to change your kitchen, Fired Earth’s Kitchen Planning Service is a good place to start.
It’s so easy to organise – all you need to do is ring your local Fired Earth store and book an appointment.
A Fired Earth home designer will visit you at home, bringing with them your free catalogue and paint card. They’ll discuss your colour and style preferences and talk about appropriate use of furniture, tiles, paint and wood flooring.
They’ll then take measurements of the kitchen, suggest design and colour schemes, show you product samples and plan the appropriate positioning of your Original Shaker or Bastide kitchen furniture. Your home designer will also talk to you about budgets and timescales for delivery.
You’ll be invited to visit your local showroom where, having used a specially created software package, your home designer will have created a visualisation of the kitchen to present to you. You’ll also receive sample loans to the value of £100 (to be returned at the conclusion of the project), a mood board and, upon placing your order, details of elevations and specifications.
Jenny Litten Williams, Head of Home Design at Fired Earth, explained the popularity of the service. She said: “Our home designers look at the kitchen as a whole. So, as well as being able to advise on Bastide and Original Shaker furniture, they can also help with paint, tiles and wood flooring. This ensures you end up with a kitchen that is both beautiful and extremely practical.
