The service includes:

· a home visit to discuss design schemes
· suitable products (sample loans of tiles and wood flooring are available)
· space and budgets
· to take full measurements

Fired Earth's Home Design Consultant will then create a design pack which will include:

· a mood board
· a scaled plan
· detailed estimates

Using a combination of computer-aided design and freehand drawing, design ideas can be illustrated with a quick sketch, and colours can be changed at the click of a mouse.

These tools are an invaluable way of guiding customers through a wide variety of styles and palettes before deciding on the perfect scheme.

The Home Design Service costs £100 per kitchen (redeemable once spending on Fired Earth kitchen products reaches £2,500) and £200 per bathroom (redeemable once spending reaches £3,500).

Home  colour  consultation  service

Fired Earth also offers a Home Colour Consultation Service - a Home Design Consultant will visit your home to discuss colour schemes and products, taking into account the unique characteristics of your house, directional light, furniture and so on.

The fee is £50 per room.

Installation  services

In addition to the Home Design and Colour Consultation services, Fired Earth also has several installation services.

To ensure that Fired Earth products are fitted to the highest possible standards, Fired Earth currently offers tile and wood flooring installation services.

The Fired Earth Guild of Installers was established so that customers can have access to a national network of skilled craftsmen with expert knowledge of Fired Earth products and how to fit and finish them correctly.

All work is covered by warranty for 12 months from the date of completion.
